Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SecuredPay. By using the Platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SecuredPay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including buyers, sellers, and agents.

2. Platform Overview

SecuredPay is an escrow-based coin transaction platform that enables users to buy, send, hold, and release digital coins safely. The platform acts as a neutral intermediary, holding coins in escrow until both parties confirm a transaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SecuredPay. By registering, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

4. Account Registration

Users must register with a valid mobile number and create a secure PIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@securedpay.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5. Coin Transactions

All coin transactions are processed through our escrow system. Coins are held securely by the platform until the recipient confirms receipt. Once a transaction is confirmed and released, it is final and cannot be reversed. Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity and details of the other party before initiating a transaction.

6. Fees

The Platform may charge service fees on certain transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before a transaction is confirmed. We reserve the right to update our fee structure with reasonable notice to users.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use SecuredPay for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, funding illegal activities, or circumventing any applicable regulations. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between users, SecuredPay provides a dispute resolution mechanism within the platform. Both parties must submit their case and supporting evidence. The platform's decision in resolving disputes is final. For unresolved disputes, contact us at support@securedpay.in.

9. Limitation of Liability

SecuredPay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction directly in dispute. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform or by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
